The Fixture connector is in development and is not currently available for use in Muse. These documents describe its intended scope and requirements; publishing them does not activate the connector or indicate approval by Meta. The implemented data flow and controls must be verified before activation.
Scope and contact
Fixture Finance LLC ("Fixture," "we," "us") provides the Fixture connector for general service information and consultation scheduling through Muse. This notice describes Fixture's handling of information received through that connector. Our website Privacy Policy remains available at https://www.fixture.finance/privacy. Meta and other independent services have their own applicable notices.

Information processed
We process the question and context provided to the connector to answer the request. For scheduling, we process necessary contact and appointment details, such as name, email, timezone, chosen time, consultation type, and booking reference. You may choose a phone or video consultation. For a phone consultation, we request a number at which to reach you; other meeting details are requested only when needed for your selected consultation. Authentication and limited technical records support access control, security, and reliable appointment processing.
Please do not provide diagnoses, medications, medical records, Social Security numbers, policy documents, payment details, or other sensitive information. We do not need your entire Muse conversation to answer a question or book a consultation.
Purposes and recipients
We use connector information only to fulfill your requests and provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the connector within applicable permissions. This includes answering questions, arranging requested appointments, verifying access, preventing duplicate bookings, and resolving errors.
Muse exchanges the information necessary to perform your request with Fixture. Fixture sends necessary scheduling details to Calendly and the calendar or meeting services used for your appointment. Assigned Fixture representatives receive the details needed to conduct it. Hosting and security providers may process necessary technical data on Fixture's behalf. We limit recipient access to the purpose of the service. Meta's handling of information within Muse is governed by its own applicable terms and privacy notices; Calendly's notice is available at https://calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice.
No secondary marketing or training
Fixture does not sell connector user information, use it for unrelated advertising, build unrelated profiles, infer sensitive characteristics, or use it to train AI models. Connector inquiries are not automatically transferred into Google Sheets or a CRM. Booking does not enroll you in promotional email or SMS campaigns. Fixture does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Any separate marketing program requires its own appropriate consent and disclosures.
Retention, access, and deletion
Fixture retains connector information only while needed for the permitted request and connector operation. When information is no longer necessary, you revoke access, or you request deletion, Fixture deletes it or makes it inaccessible as applicable to the connector. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion; we may verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information. Disconnecting the connector stops future authorized access but does not itself cancel a confirmed appointment. Contact Fixture separately if you wish to cancel it. Requests concerning Meta's independent records should also be directed to Meta.
Security and updates
Fixture uses safeguards appropriate to the information processed, but no service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this notice to reflect changes in the connector and will identify the effective date of a revised notice.
