Service and scope
Fixture Finance LLC provides this connector to help users obtain general information about Fixture's health and life insurance brokerage services and request, view, cancel, or change available consultations. General information, not insurance coverage
Connector answers are general information, not personalized insurance, medical, legal, or tax advice. They do not determine eligibility, quote or guarantee rates, recommend a specific policy for you, bind coverage, submit an insurance application, or enroll you in a policy. Policy issuance, benefits, exclusions, underwriting, and coverage are governed by the applicable carrier and policy documents. AI-presented summaries can contain errors; contact Fixture to clarify information before making insurance decisions. Do not use the connector for emergencies or send sensitive medical or financial information.
Appointment requests and confirmation
Before an appointment action, review the consultation type, date, time, timezone, meeting method, required contact details, and any applicable terms. Only authorize actions you want performed. Information searches do not create appointments. A booking is confirmed only when the scheduling provider reports success and the connector returns confirmation. A pending request or timeout is not a confirmed appointment; contact Fixture if the result is unclear rather than repeatedly requesting the same action.
Changes and cancellation
Changes require confirmation of the proposed action. Where rescheduling is implemented as a replacement booking followed by cancellation of the original, the connector will disclose that process before requesting authorization. Separate provider notifications may result. If only part of a change succeeds, the connector will report the actual status rather than claim the change is complete; contact Fixture for assistance. Only the appointment owner or an authorized person may request access or changes. Verification may be required.
Fees and communications
Consultations offered through this connector are complimentary and last 30 minutes. You may choose phone or video. Fixture charges no cancellation or no-show fees for these consultations. The connector does not collect premiums or payments, and a consultation creates no obligation to purchase insurance. Appointment confirmations and operational notices are distinct from marketing consent. Using the connector does not enroll you in marketing texts. Third-party services and availability
The connector relies on Muse, Calendly, and relevant calendar or meeting services. Their applicable terms and notices govern their services. Availability can change before booking is completed. Fixture may limit or suspend connector access for security, misuse, maintenance, or provider outages. No affiliation with or endorsement by Meta is implied by submission of the connector for review.
Privacy, support, and updates
The Fixture Connector Privacy Notice describes connector information handling.
